Tivo stuck at "installing new update" screen

Restarted my new dual turner tivo before I went to work because their was a pending restart. So when I got home this evening the Tivo is still stuck at the installing new service update screen. I've only had this tivo about a month or so. It has been upgraded with the original 80 gig hard drive plus a 320 gig hard drive and has worked flawless since the upgrade. Any suggestions???? Help would be appreciated.. Thanks. :(

Have you tried unplugging it and try restarting again?

Yes i've tried that, did not help.

Did you use the "-r 4" flag and specify a swap file larger than 127 mb (needs to be at least 1 mb for every 2 gb of drive space), and then use tpip after that?

If not, it can cause a perpetual reboot the next time it goes to install a software update or has to do a GSOD, with drive totals >250 gb...

Thanks for your help!! I had not used the "-r 4" flag, so I did the upgrade again used the flag, increased the swap size then used tpip, booted up and it successfully installed the service update and all is working great. :D Thanks again.
