Have only one HD10-250, but shows two on my account

I noticed on My Account with DTV that it shows I have 2 HD10-250's, and they are both listed as secondary, with no primary. Pay $5.99 for DVR and $4.99 for mirroring. Wonder if they'll replace both with new HD PVRs recorders when they come out. I found this out when I tried to get free HD 10-250. Think it a good idea to try again or wait on new one?

well unless something fishy is going on I can't imagine why you wouldn't complain about paying for something you dont have. And until anyone knows for sure if they will be asking for the hdtivos back in trade, you are gambling with your money.

Thanks. I will be calling them today to find out whats going on. When I tried for free Hr 10-250, retention person noticed it and said that was odd because numbers showed it to be 10-250. She wouldn't give me new offer as she said I didn't have hd tv to put it on. I told her I would be getting one soon and it wouldn't make any difference anyway. Still no go! :o :o :o
