Channel changing probs

Channel changing is slow and ponderous...takes a long time to change from one ch to another, sometimes skips a ch.

I have a TivoSeries 2 and am using the IR cables a Scientific Atlanta 2100 cable box from Time-Warner.

Please help...

Try a system reset. Sometimes this clears up this problem.

I am having the same problem but a little more. Channel 6 doesn't work. If I go to 36 it will only go to 3. Or if I go to 61 it will only go to 1. Any ideas? I have the same series 2 and I have cable box and using IR.
