I posted this issue several weeks ago with no resolution. It seems that even though I am making successful "calls" via ethernet and downloading information, which includes a "Setting Clock" message, my TiVo clock is still running just about 40 seconds late. I've compared this to GPS Time, Internet Time, and CBS Time (I work there and have my watch set accurately to match our master clocks), all which agree. I've done a system reset, a guided setup, and unplugged the system, all to no avail. This truly is annoying as I am missing the beginning of just about every show TiVo records. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Series 1 Phillips, originally a 14 hour model with a 120GB HD, connected via router thru VOIP box and Comcast CableModem.
