how do i switch from rf to scart input?

from my previous thread i believe the problem is that My TiVo is set for RF input in the System Information and I need it to change to Scart. Ive tried trawling the menus and have even went through the initial set up again. can find no way of switching the input from rf to scart. any one know how to do this?

its a thomson tivo box i have

fred, thanks for the assistance. found out what the problem was-my system was set up for analogue cable so was looking for an rf input. when i installed the new tv yesterday i must have damaged the rf cable.
i have now removed the old cable and
i now have better quality digital signal through the new tv via scarts.

I have the same problem, i need to switch from rf to scart - have selected ariel + digital on tivo v 2.5.5 when redoing guided setup but still sets it to rf input as source. the problem is the rf channel on the freeview box is set to same as a terrestial channel so i need to use scart only. How do i get round this - the cables all appear to work correctly. should i buy new cables anyway??????

i dont have a freeview box so not sure if this will be the same for you but heres what i did. my set up was for ariel+digital hence the tivo was looking for the rf input. i changed this to digital cable/digital terrestrial. this switched the tivo to look for a scart input. hope this helps.

another thing jj. my service package was set up for extended basic analogue when in fact it should have been digital basic.
