I've just recovered from one of the original hard drives failing, and having now been running on a new larger hard drive for a few weeks all seemed fine.
All of a sudden I started to realise that there was a severe lack of future programs, in fact BBC1, BBC2 and CHannel4 now all have no named programs.
The TIVO has been failing to dial out. I have replaced the modem cable in case it had become damaged during the upgrade, but no luck. I can successfully make a test call, but the daily calls don't even seem to pick up the phone (we hear a blip on our phones when the modem starts using the line).
Today I am now also getting a message that the number is not available for the test call.
The daily call however always gives the message "Failed: Unknown reason"
Does anyone have any ideas what I should try next?
