Didn't watch Season 1 and ,of course, my votes will change once I see who's actually vying to get back in the house.

I just went through all the old BB websites at cbs.com and with a couple of exceptions I'm not too crazy about any of the previous players.

I'd like to see Kent from Season 2, but I'd bet he won't even be a nominee. There are a couple from Season 1 I'd like to see back, Eddie and Josh. And I guess I'd enjoy a return of any of the surgically enhanced fembots that have been on the show.

Doesn't matter. You don't want to like all the players. That would make the show boring.

Hmm...I guess my list would go:

BB1- Eddie

BB2- Will....Other than that? HOPEFULLY NO ONE. THIS WAS THE WORST SEASON OF BIG BROTHER AND EVERYONE ON THIS SHOW WAS EITHER A MORON OR FLAT OUT ANNOYING.

BB3- Lisa,Danielle,Marcells (even though i hated him)

BB4-Allison(hated her),David,Erika, and David(maybe)

BB5- Drew, Holly (thank god the tv has mute), One of the twins...or both for that matter, Nakomis(maybe,since she was actually smarter than she appeared, Marvin

BB6- This season was probably the best overall....and really the intensity among people on this board was comparable to that of a presidentail election. So that being said....Eric,Janelle(bitch but a great player),Maggie, and Howie.

Perfect season of Big Brother.

Season 2 was my favorite season. It had all the new rules, but none of the lame "twists" that all the subsequent seasons have had. (Oh and they still had the banners then. They added an "audience participation" factor to things. :cool: )

I HATED George with a Passion. I was a Britany fan from BB1 and I would love to see her back. i'd also love to see Eddie back, Nackomas (sp?) marcelus, bunky...and you know Will's gonna have to be in it. Just to stir things up. He's my favorite evil house guest.

I am really getting more down on the all-star show the more I contemplate it... I think I realize I am just down on the US formula in some aspects.. The show is simply not as involved as it is in other places.

If Survivor All Stars is any indication, the past winners will get the boot first, and the conniving ones like Dr. Will won't be able to pull off the same stunts because for this show, hindsight is a benefit to the other house guests.

The "nice" winners in Survivor got voted off early (Ethan, Tina, etc.). Richard Hatch if I recall, made it about half way through. I think a good player, like Will, would have a better shot, since he comes off like a nice guy and even though you may know he's full of stuff, you may still fall for it. BB I believe is more of an emotional game than the other types of shows like this.

Where did you see/hear that? I was just assuming that the July 6th show would be live and show them going into the house for the first time.

Usually it's not. They wouldn't have much footage to show if they moved in live and that was it. The way it usually works, they are taped. The houseguest go into the house and that way they can show the first couple of days on the first show.

Going in early is the way its been since season 2 I think. When you see them going into the house on the first show it has always been taped. The idea is to not only get good footage for the first show, but to also "break in" the houseguests. The producers get 4 or so days with them where nobody can see what's going on. That lets them do that first food challenge over and over until the HG do it right, and to talk freely to the HG to lay out the ground rules without the internet overhearing.

I was hoping they might have done it differently this time because of the All-Star thing, considering all the contestants have been through it before, but I've read on several boards that they're going in early like usual. Supposedly they sequestered all 20 last week, and then the 6 who didn't make it into the house stay sequestered until after the first show so the viewers can't find out early who made it. (And yes rumor has it only 6 will not make it, which means there will be 14 houseguests not 12.)

Just stuff I read on other boards. Maybe it's all true, maybe not. Personally I'm hoping it's all live Thursday night.

Another interesting thing I ran across. One of the boards (Joker's, although I read it on tvclubhouse) had a post from a supposed "CBS insider" Tuesday morning that listed the first initial of each of the chosen houseguests. Using those initials many people had already figured out who they were (almost, they had one error).

Then later that day CBS "accidently" leaves the audio feeds on for an extended period of time. That would be a really big mistake! Is CBS jerking us around for some reason? (I know - tinfoil hat!)

One other nugget: this insider also indicated that the houseguests entered the house on Monday night and someone on Joker's posted a picture of all 20 potential houseguests in front of the house. Here it is:

That would probably be the most likely combination. However, I would have thought that:

Lisa would have been in instead of Erika. Lisa is a past winner (and the same amount of eye candy. :D .

Also I could have done without Mike Boogie or Jase, but I not that convinced that Cowboy or Bunky would have been better.

I saw that somewhere too. A few people were saying they were having trouble getting it to work. (Probably because it's a bit raw. They sounded like they were a just a little overwhelmed technically.) I'm going to give it a try.

Looks like the guy put a lot of work into it. He's even got documentation on the site.

What exactly is it? Does it work WITH RealPlayer or does it work IN PLACE OF RealPlayer. I assume you'd still need Superpass to view the feeds. What's the danger of this program passing along your password and thereby exposing your credit card info?
