So to get passed 137gb limit, I use TPIP after the restore? I'm using the latest upgrade cd, so it has TPIP 1.2 i think. And I use - "tpip -1 -s /dev/hdx" x is the HD letter right. Thanks

Ps. I'm using a standalone series 1 philips.

Or do I use Copykern?

Man I'm confused

tpip/copykern is only for increasing the swapfile to larger than 127. It is the LBA48 flavor of the software that gets you by the 137GB limit. After restoring mountcd then run copykern.
