Upgrading R10

I want to upgrade my R10. I am tired of not having enough space to keep more than a few eps of each show. As you know, right now it is a 70 hr. Tivo. I would like to at least double that. If possible, I would like to get it as big as I can make it.

Can anyone please tell me what I need to do, and how much it should cost. I went through some of the weaknees webpages, but I got lost within 5 minutes. Help please!

If the Weaknee's do-it-yourself stuff is too complicated, you can buy pre-imaged drives from them that you simply swap with your existing drive.

Also, check out PTVUpgrade's InstantCake utility that automates the whole process ....
