I upgraded my Sony SAT-T60 about 6 months ago with a 120MB HD, and everything seemed fine. As the drive has been in use, I am having increasing issues with both recorded and live shows stuttering and the system rebooting. The drive is pretty new, so I doubt it is that, but... It almost seems like some sort of bufferring issue.
Any Ideas would be welcome.

Its likely that you have a bad hard drive; new or not, it could be bad - best bet is to run factory diagnostics on the drive in your PC and rule that out as a possibility.

It might be the cooling fan dying. I know my T-60 started getting stutters, which turned out to be because the fan wasn't working well and it was overheating (even though the system screen said temperature was "normal").
I replaced the fan and the stuttering cleared up. (Well, only after I'd replaced the hard drive and the stuttering didn't clear up).
