Hello, my R10 died on me this weekend. I'm pretty sure that it's the hard drive that crashed judging by the sound it makes when I power on the unit. I want to just replace the hard drive and go on because I learned after talking to DirecTV that they have split from TiVo and the replacement box they want to send me isn't a TiVo box...and that just won't do. I'm very pleased with my R10, so I would love to find a software image of the R10 if possible to put on a new hard drive. Is that possible? Does anybody know where I might be able to get such an image?
