View Full Version : no one answers at TIVO???

Hello
I have to change my credit card information with TIVO to continue to pay for my subscription. I have called this number 08702 41 84 86 for 3 days now. It answers and I go through voice mail but then it just rings and rings and rings and NO ONE ANSWERS. Has anyone experienced this problem? How can I contact TIVO UK?

The staff are busy as they are also Sky staff dealing with HD problems.

I called them on Friday morning at 8.35am and was answered in about 10 seconds.

If you want to PM me your old credit card details and your new ones including expiry dates and the crv code thing off the back together with your service number. I will do it for you.. Honest!! :eek:

P.S. EDIT : I was only joking, I do not work for TiVo UK in anyway.. :rolleyes:

I called at 8:50am and got straight through to someone at TIVO customer service...thanks for the tip of calling early.

I guess that we can deduce that Sky HD users are not early risers. :)

Must be sleeping off the effects of too much goggling at the shiny new HD pictures.
