TiVO 7.2.2 and SD-H400 problems

I've noticed that people are having serious hard drive trouble with their Toshibas after loading the new TiVO system 7.2.2 Have others noticed this--or had this problem yourselves?

My SD-H400 has frozen since 8/18. Could this be the case???

I had 7.2.2 for quite a while (3-4 months?) and no problems on my two SD-H400's. A couple of weeks ago they were updated to 7.3.1. Except for the sluggish behaviors reported elsewhere that occur on S2SA's and others, I haven't seen anything.
