I have a Series 2 stand alone TIVO with 2 USB port at the back. I used one for networking (I do not have land line). Can I use the other USB port to connect to an external hard drive? If so, how can I access it? Can I record into it so I do not have to hack my TIVO for a bigger drive?

All you can do with the USB ports is networking.
