As long as you buy the DT from anyplace other than tivo.com, you will be able to take advantage of the multi-service discount.

The one under "gift guide" seems to come with a gift certificate instead of being pre-activated. Unless that GC is somehow different from the regular GC, shouldn't MSD work? It's still cheaper with the rebate route, from places like amazon.com.
