I'm having issues with TiVo's grid guide on their TCO web site and am curious if others are having issues.

Basically the problem is that the channels listings are off by one. To see what I mean log out and go to zip code 08075 (https://www3.tivo.com/tivo-tco/provider.do?submitSetting=false&zipcode=08075&submit.x=44&submit.y=11&submit=getlist) and choose "Comcast Burlington County (Digital). Willingboro, NJ" as the provider. You'll notice that while CNN is shown (correctly) as channel 4, the programs listed on channel 4 are actually for WNJT (channnel 5) which you can verify by clicking on any program and seeing what station it is actually on. The channels 3 to 15 all experience this problem. The problem seems to be triggered by having a channel 1, which in reality isn't a channel, but is an On Demand shortcut. The TiVo displays it's grid correctly. A workaround appears to go to the guide by clicking on the "view in guide" option on a program's Program info screen.

Another problem is that while the web site grid guide displays the correct time for my timezone (EDT), the upcoming shows section on the program info screens always display the time in PDT (3 hours off).

TiVo gets their info from Tribune.

Tribune can be wrong.

For quite a while, tvguide.com was showing all programs in my area one hour off, and it had nothing to do with Daylight Savings Time. If you went to our area's listings, the clock time would be right, but the programs listed would be an hour off from what was actually airing at that hour.

Had to contact them twice before it finally got fixed.

Sounds like Tribune's having a similar problem where your area is concerned, and in turn TiVo is.

Go to this webpage-

https://customersupport.tivo.com/caseSubmitLineup.asp?

and report the problem, as simply and yet with as much detail as possible. (I know...sounds contradictory...)

Give the info you gave above, and TiVo should know either what buttons to push or who at Tribune to phone to fix things up.

No it's not a Tribune Issue. If you re-read my original post you'll see that I mention that the problem only affects the TiVo web site (not the TiVo itself). The issue is also only in the upcoming episode list. The TiVo web site's grid guide contains the correct times, though the channels aren't being displayed correctly (even though the data is correct).

I use the listings at Yahoo.com. They have a "Record on my TiVo" feature and the listings appear on one long page so there's less reloading. Try that.
