I'm uploading some movies to my series 2 using tivoserver and I want to set the fsid. I want them to have the same series id so they will all be in 1 folder.

What's the best way to do this? I've tried Edittitle6beta.tcl which doesn't display now playing. Is there a new version? My Tivo is runing 7.2.2.

Thanks

Not sure about that, but you can do this from the Tivoserver side; if you edit the .cache files I'm pretty sure you can set a series ID.

Let me know if you figure this out... I would be curious to know how. I see that each entry in this cache folder has a number, but each number is different. I dont' see how they relate to where the shows/movies would be in the same folder.

The latest tivoserver alpha (-a4) has cache disabled, BUT it allows <filename.ext>.cache files in the video folder, in which you can put overriding info in the cache format (<Object>.<Label>=<Value>)

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to take a look at this over the weekend. i remember seeing some posts about how to do this a while ago but can't find the same post now.
