I am using TivoWebPlus and trying to import logos. everytime I click on import it goes to "The page cannot be displayed" does anyone know what i need to do?

I am using TivoWebPlus and trying to import logos. everytime I click on import it goes to "The page cannot be displayed" does anyone know what i need to do?If the uploads directory is missing in the tivowebplus directory this is error that you will get. To correct the problem, just add the uploads directory to the tivowebplus directory.
