Where did the orange recording light go?

Did the DVR software change recently? Usually when there is a program being recorded I get an orange light that's located next to the green light. I still get normal operation but there is no longer an orange recording indicator light.

Rebooting your DVR should solve this .... disconnect power, wait 30-sec, reconnect power.

Actually, the record light is red. You get orange if the unit is also using the phone line at the same time as a recording. The restart/reboot should solve the problem as stated.

Thank you for your assistance. The manual reboot suggestion worked. I just did a test-record and the orange light on the front of the unit came on as normal.

Sometimes a person may not have as many of the different types of cone cells, or they may be missing altogether. This means that some people cannot see some colors. Some people may be unable to see the colors green and red – this is the most common type of color blindness. They might see red as orange and green as white.
