Can someone tell me from past previews exactly when the freebie will start(free total premier) Will it begin at 6:00 am on friday or some other time like midnight on the 19(Would be nice). I am setting up my recordings Now! :) I would hate to get only half a movie  :( if the freebie started at say 12:00 noon and i set a recording for 11:00 am on friday.
Btw I always in the past miss the beginning of these tings cause i forget!(probably has to do with growing up in the 60's and 70's. ) If you also grew up in the 60's and 70's You also know why i space on dates :D :D

No white castles here. Those were the pleasures of my youth, Not my middle age. I cant afford it anymore. Ahh to be seventeen again.

I plan on putting my 4 tuners to good use this weekend. Will schedule all my recordings tonight.... 372 hours of recording time will come in handy :)

So if I'm on the west coast, the free stuff begins at 3am on Friday the 19th and turns off at 3am on Monday the 22nd? That will help with scheduling things.

No, but I've been to Havana, Florida, with which it's probably interchangeable (except that Havana is in the Eastern time zone). :D

Wimp - 30 cheeseburgers, 5 chocolate shakes, 10 fries with cheese, then it is time to get breakfeast

If you're serious, it's kind of like Krystal (fast food place). Also refer to "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle".

Actually, many parts of the US have never seen a White Castle. I never knew about them until I saw Harold & Kumar. I think our local Wal-Marts sell frozen White Castle burgers, but I didn't know there was a fast food place selling them as well.

So, I didn't get this preview. I was told by Directv that because I am on the Opcion Ultra Especial package I do not "qualify" for the preview. This is after going through 45 minutes on the phone with Tech Support and talking with 3 different Techs. Now, I realize that this is just a preview. It's not a big deal. But, as I told the tech on the phone, If you are trying to "sell" this package to your customers... why wouldn't it be available to EVERY one of your customers?
The whole Para Todos deal was re-tooled within the last year. The package I have no longer exists. Silly, eh? Not like I was gonna get the Premier package anyway, but it is nice to have the option of a free weekend every now an then.
Anyone else with Opcion Ultra Especial locked out too?

I woke up this morning and found my T60 not receiving the Premium channels (it did yesterday). It also didn't record a program on Showtime. And the recording indication in the NPL was still showing for Conan last night. All I can guess is that the premium channels went away for a while and this caused my T60 to burp when it went to record one. A restart has fixed it. My DSR6000 and HR10-250 didn't have this problem, but then they didn't have a recording set for any Premium channel.
Anyone else see the Premiums disappear?
