Thought this would be helpful.
If your haveing problems with the remote not reading signal from remote and have changed remotes or have tried reprograming other d10/d11 series remotes. Then you can do a full reset to avoid a 2 year commitment on a replacement tivo. aka "Tivo that had problems that been so called fixed."
1.> go to DirecTV Central
2.> go to Messages and Setup or Read Messages and Setup
3.> go to Restart or Reset System
4.> go to Clear & Delete Everything
5.> Use info for <thumb down> and hold down arrow 3 sec for <enter>
Only bad thing is that you loose your Logo's. However, I rather loose my logos without a trade for a leased product that is used.
