TiVo changed channels at the end of a show

TiVo'ing without a trace, and watching it, the channel changed druing the last 10 minutes of the show. There doesn't seem to be any reason for this.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

It was not the tivo unless you also saw the blue tivo banner pop up. More likely is that someone changed the channel on the cable box while tivo was recording or you have a "VCR Timer" set on the cable box. Turn all those off.
