Help Undo command

took some bad advice
how can I undo this command??
echo "sleep 20; /ptvupgrade/bin/fakecall.tcl &">> /.profile

I got it duh
rm /.profile

I rebooted one of my units and now it is stuck in a boot cycle, can I mount this in my pc and remove or edit the .profile?? If so how?? Thanks in advance...
