I have an Series One Phillips HDR 112 with a lifetime subscription that has been sitting in the closet for about 18 months. I am trying to get it going again, but when making it's service call, it keeps hanging on "setting clock".
I made a test call which went through fine. I have tried making the call through "phone connection", and also through Guided Set-Up with the same results. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
