Help!

I have a DRTV 10-250 DVR. Last night while watching some recorded shows, it just decided to reboot. It did it 4 times until I gave up. I purchased the unit a year or so new with an additional hard drive added.

I unplugged the unit for 30 minutes to see if that cured the problem, but no luck. It also happened when I was watching live tv.

This has never happened before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can only recommend what D* would recommend: clear and delete. So far, my unit, which was rebooting on its own 3-4 times a week, is running stable since I did the deed. It was no more trouble that swapping the unit out for a new/refurb. It did take overnight to complete and an hour or so of re-set up. But so far, it is working OK.
