Hey all-
Been using tivo 5+ years, and an HR10-250 for 2 years, and this has never happenend. I turned on the tivo, and had no guide data (every channel said "to be announced" or "title not available". I realized because my season passes last night did not record.
So I reset the tivo, and then re-ran guided setup. This got me guide data, but the season passes still say "no upcoming episodes" - but when I manually scroll through the guide to the upcoming days, there ARE episodes upcoming, and I have to manually pick to record them. Nothing has changed with my season passes. (not an issue of "first-run only" or "save until I delete", etc).
One in particular, Las Vegas, I scrolled forward to Friday - and JUST that show says "title not available" in the guide. Weird.
My next thought was to "clear program data and to do list" - but then I'd have to put in 22 season passes again - not fun, with no guarantee it will work.
My To Do List only lists the shows I manually picked since the re-run of guided setup.
Figured I'd ask you guys before I spend hours on the phone with (often unhelpful) directv CSRs.
Any Thoughts - I'm dying here!
