I live near modesto, ca & ws thinking of trying charter.
Have dtv now, but the reciever keeps rebooting & all they will do is send me another reciever, HR10250. This would be the 5th one, really getting tired of setting it all back up only to have it do it again, they claim they have never had this problem before, ya right.
Called charter & asked about the dvr,
they would not tell me the brand of dvr,
but they said it has rca connectors. no hdmi.
420p output.
will record 2 programs at once.
will record in hd.
I was hoping someone might be using them & could enlighten me on the dvr they use,& what channels they have in hd.
or any of the dif. betwen them & dtv as far as the dvr & hd, we have a new 42" plasma & don't even want to try them if is not watchable.
