Just bought one of the new dual tuners & got it set up last night. Love it!!! I keep getting the following error when attempting to transfer last nights CSI from TiVo to PC through TiVo Desktop:
Access Violation at address 7C901010 in module ntdll.dll. Read of address 00000048.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

ntdll.dll is a generic Windows OS dll that usually traps errors. Check your Event Log (system and application) to see if there are any hints there.
Do you have other tivos? Do they properly GoBack?

The easiest way to know if it's a TiVo Desktop problem or a network problem is to use the web interface. Simply open your browser and type https://<tivo ip>/nowplaying/index.html into the address bar. (replace <tivo ip> with your TiVo's IP address) When it prompts you for the user name and password enter "tivo" as the user name and your Media Access Key as the password. You'll now get a web interface with a list of all the programs on your TiVo. Select the one you want and save it to your hard drive. If that works then there is a problem with your TiVo Desktop install. Uninstall it and reinstall the most recent version. If it doesn't work then you've got a network problem and you'll need to start investigating your firewall.
