How to copy a program to my PC?

I would like to watch a program, that I recorded on my TiVo, on my Laptop at home. Is this possible? I have TiVO basic (not the full membership). If so, how?

Also, once I copied the program onto my laptop, I'd like to burn a DVD, so that I can take those on the road or give to relatives. Is that possible?

The TiVoToGo feature is only available when you have full TiVo service. If you upgrade you'll be able to do both of those things.
