NFL Network?

Good evening,
I apologize if this has ever been addressed previously but searching didn't bring up what I was looking for. I have the NFL package..have had it since 2001 and was excited when Directtv was the first to carry the NFL Network. I noticed then they made a big deal of advertising their "game of the week" was being shown in HD. Meant nothing to me then since I didn't have HDTV. Now that I do I was wondering if those Games of the Week and other NFL Network content is available to me in HD? I now the 90s channels have space for the Sunday Ticket but was just interested in NFL Network.
Also, while I am here...with the Sunday Ticket what is available for HD and do I pay extra for that content?

I don't have sunday ticket (ST), but IIRC there is an add-on for $99 that gives you the "super fan" (SF) package, which includes the HD games and other things. There was a thread here that said they would give the SF for free if you sign up for ST by a certain date. If you search for "GOTW" there was a thread here that talked about how D* had reruns of GOTW on ch 95 or 99, but I think those have stopped being broadcast. My wishlist (or was is an SP?) went for several weeks without catching any, so I deleted it.

They were running Game of the Week, 6 Days to Sunday and I believe another show in HD on channel 99. The guide didn't seem to have the proper information but if you add channel 99 to your list and keep checking, you may see it sometime. I haven't looked for any of these shows in a couple of months but I DID see them after football season was over so they may still be running. Hopefully by next football season we'll have an HD version of the NFL Network and this will all be moot.

According to the NFLST website (http://www.directvsports.com/Packages/NFLSundayTicket/) it seems like the HD games will be on channel 98. That only mentions pre-season but I assume the regular season games would be the same during the regular season.

The NFL Network has yet to show its first full game, Game of the Week is an instant-history NFL Films program that documents a game from the previous week.

I LOVE Game of the week, except they only seem to show the Panthers when they loose :)

My guess would be no. Those games will be on Thursday nights and the NFLST games are the CBS/Fox games on Sundays.
