DRT400 Hangs ...

I just got a DRT400 and it has hung on me three times in one week. It won't respond to the remote and even the clock on the front is hung too. I have no choice but to pull the plug on the back and reboot the box. It has hung while recording and not recording too. It has software 7.2.2 orth 01-2-595. Has anyone seen this problem? Is there some kind of firmware update I need on the box?

I've had my DRT400 for 5 months but haven't had a problem with freezing. One fairly easy thing you might try, though, is to force it to do a disk/file check (green screen). Haven't done it, but came across the instructions here:

It could be that there's a corrupt file and this might resolve it. If that doesn't work, you might have to return it.
