After 3.5 tivo update I used the following command to start tivoweb automatically.
mount -o remount,rw /
echo "/var/hack/tivoweb-tcl/tivoweb">> /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinint.author
chmod 700 /etc/rc.d/rc/sysinit.author
mount -o remount,ro /
Well guess what ? it no longer works.
how can I undo my previous actions ?
Thank you in advance for all your great help.

You are going to have to be much more detailed when you say, "Well guess what ? it no longer works"
That can mean a bunch of things. Can you still telnet into the tivo? If not, then you are going to have to rezipper/hack/whatever; I had to do it when I "unlocked" myself out.
If all that isn't working twp, then you can probably undo whatever you did.
If it is a problem with twp then you can probably gleen some insight by looking at /var/log/tivoweb.log or whatever applies in your situation.
Details, man, details! We need more!

Yes I Can telnet and I can transfer files to my tivo via ftp.
I reloaded the network drivers and they work fine.
It seems TivoWeb 1.9.4 is no longer compatible with version 3.5(new update).
I want to load TivoWeb plus and remove the old 1.9.4.
If I delete the TivoWeb Directory will this cause problems?
I Just want to reverse the changes I made
I have a Hughes Gxcebotd series 1 Direct tivo.

If this is *only* what you did...
mount -o remount,rw /
echo "/var/hack/tivoweb-tcl/tivoweb">> /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinint.author
chmod 700 /etc/rc.d/rc/sysinit.author
mount -o remount,ro /
Great! If you can still get in you are in good shape. You'll need an editor like "vi" or "joe" to edit /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit.author to remove the line you catcanated to the end of it.
So, basically, twp isn't working, or starting up. The only thing I can think of is to see if there are any error messages written to the logfiles.
Assuming in your set up twp logs to /var/log/tivoweb.log like my setup, you should be able to read it for clues. Typically, errors are pretty obvious and you should some more clues.
