Someone created a Tivo hack to allow video podcasts to show up in a guide so we could schedule and record them to our Tivos? I'm using Tivo server to do this now but it requires me to download my favorite weekly casts, set them in the correct directory and leave my pc on.

With Galleon, you can download audio podcasts that way. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch I suppose to do video podcasts also, and auto convert them to TiVo MPEG2.

If you have a Podcast client download podcasts to a certain place, and link JHMO or TiVo Desktop to it, I don't see why not.
