I'm a complete noob to TiVoToGo and burning video to DVDs. I have Nero version 6.6 and I'm trying to familiarize myself with NeroVision Express 3. I have a movie that I transfered from my TiVo that is approximately 7 gigs and will obviously not fit on one DVD. Is there a way to burn the program onto 2 DVD's, so that half the movie is on one, and the other half is on another DVD?

Actually it will fit on one DVD. NVE will ask you if it is OK to change the quality setting to "Long play". This is going to make the output look pretty bad. You will better off splitting the video apart. I would just use VideoRedo for the task, but if you don't own it you may have to figure out how to do the same in NVE's editor.
(You can download a trial of VR and if you request a trail-key as well you get a fully functional trial for 15 days. Otherwise it is limited to 30 minutes of video.)

Thanks. I did try that setting that compresses it in order to fit on 1 DVD, but it didn't look that great.
Any Nero owners out there that can shed some light on the topic?

Nero has editing capabilities right? Why not just use that cut off the end of the movie, then burn a disk. Then do it again, but this time cut of the beginning of the movie. Wala, a movie split across two disks.

Thanks Dan. I thought of that as well, but I thought Nero would have a setting that would automatically span it across as many DVDs that were needed.
How do other programs handle programs that don't fit on one DVD?
