Threshold ... is it off the air?

I just started watching 13 episodes I have but haven't seen anymore left. Is it on hiatus or is it canceled?

I was going to say the same thing. I do hope they bring it back....it was/is a very worthwhile show.

Not only forever, but a long time ago! The first two or three episodes had promise, but then it degenerated into a monster of the week type series, with not enough development to maintain an audience.

As far as Surface is concerned, the way it concluded, I can only assume that the producers were expecting it would not be renewed, because they sure ended with an *ENDING*. It's hard to imagine how they would extend it. It was interesting, if not completely ridiculous fiction.

At the moment, as I understand it, Invasion could go either way.

Just remember, it's not cancelled until it's announced that it's cancelled. Until then, like Schrodinger's Cat, it has not been determined. As of today, as far as I know, Surface has NOT been cancelled. Give it a few more weeks. There are a LOT of giant versions of Nim swimming around the flooded town though.

I really miss this show.

The unaired episodes were pretty decent. The plot was actually beginning to get more interesting and the monster of the week rut seemed to be over. Unfortunately the last episode does'nt wrap anything up.

I lost interest in Surface about mid season.

It was first thought that Invasion would be the first of these three to get the axe. I hope it makes a second season. Still don't think its as good as Threshold.

I finally watched Sin City. Now I wish Threshold were back on as I've developed a new appreciation for Carla Gugino.

What I heard was that there was a 3-year plan for Threshold where the conditions would get progressively worse. But the network screwed us over by moving the timeslot around, trying it on a different night but only for one week and then giving up.
