Am I ready for the upgrade?

So, I have a Series 2 540 model tivo that the hard drive died in. I just bought a 200 GB hard drive off ebay as a complete new replacment.

Besides the new drive image that i can get from weaknees, is there anything else new that I would need?

I haven't cracked open a Series2, but, on the Series 1 you needed a T-10 & T-15 Torx bit. One to open the case, the other to swap the drive.
