Repair Help?

Ok i have a hughs sd dvr-120, worked great until 1 day i turned it on and its stuck on "welcome powering up" , so directv offered to replace it, they sent me a directv r15, wow this thing is horrible... i am in the process of trying to find a directv tivo unit but they are hard to find since they dont make them anymore, does any 1 know what is wrong with my hughes or if it is fixable? thanks

Most likely the 120 has a bad hard drive. Check one of the above forum sponsors for hard drive replacement.

When DIRECTV sends you a replacement unit they expect you to send the broken one to them.
