moving?

I am moving tomorrow and am wondering something about my tivo? Will I have to redo all of my season passes, or will the tivo figure it out on its own? The only reason I ask is because some season passes are tied to a particular channel number. This made me think that I might have to redo all of them.

If you're moving to a different area, then you'll have to redo your programs that are shown on broadcast stations (even if you have cable.) This is because TiVo looks at these stations not by their network affiliation (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) but by their call letters (WFAA, KXAS, etc.)

Cable channels should be fine, as long as you still receive them.

I figured I would have to redo guided setup, wasn't sure if that would correct all of my season passes though? From the answers I received, I take it that it will. Thanks for the help.

I am actually not new to Tivo at all, I have had three since 2000. I just have never had to rerun a guided setup.

Re-running guided setup will not affect any of your SPs that are on local channels if you are moving out of that area, those will have to be resetup.
