Streaming Video Camera to TiVo

Here's my thought:

I'm a soon-to-be new dad, and I think it'll just be pretty cool if I could get some video camera feed to be directed to my Tivo (in lieu of a classic baby monitor). I have an old Logitech Quickcam Express and a Panasonic Video Camera, both of which can provide video to my PC/laptop. I suppose what I'd like to do is use these cameras to create a "live-updating" mpeg I could then broadcast to Tivo using Tivo Desktop... not sure if that is even possible? I'm open to any other suggestions.

Whaddya think?

You MIGHT be able to provide a self updating JPEG image.
