Question ? : Standard and HD Distant Locals

I asked this over at DBS Forums but haven't really gotten a clear answer.

I have qualified for all the distant networks .. and distant HD networks.

So.. will I be able to get :

Distant HD networks for NY & LA ?

Or will I only be able to get one? (NY OR LA)

I can order standard definition EAST & WEST + ONE set of HD networks?

OR...

I can standard definition EAST & WEST -OR- ONE set of HD networks?

I believe you'll get e/w SD and the HD from the coast you are on. You can't choose which coast you'll get the HD from.
