I've finally decided to get a cachecard and fit it to my tivo (got 2 x 120 GB drives from Pacelink a few years ago) and am now sick of having to wait ages when modifying SP's etc.
Has anyone used tivoheaven - if so were their kits any good - they say they have full instructions, or does any one know where they can be bought cheeper?

Thanks everyone who has replied to my post.
I've just ordered a cachecard and 512 MB RAM for it. I've only got to pluck up the courage to install it when it comes now!
Does anyone know how long it takes to install and configure?

Should be about 10-30 minutes, plus however long it takes you to get the lid off your TiVo :)
