My DVR4Me Tivo receiver ran good for a couple weeks and then started to freeze which got worse over several days until I finally got a message of a serious error and it was going to perform a 3 hour test. After the 3 hours I still got the serious error message again . I ran this test several times before giving up and called DTV.
I was able to get a R15 replacement but the girl, who was very nice, insisted that there was a 2 year commitment . I know that many people here on this forum have had the same problem getting off the 2 year commitment but I can’t remember who they spoke to. I thought that I had literature explaining the DVR4me plan but I can’t find it. Anybody know where I can get a copy of this so that when I call back I have something to back up my argument with DTV.
