gateway timeout on manage my account

I just recently got my TiVo and hooked it up to a wireless adapter. The only problem is that I need a media access key. The only way to get that is by logging on to manage my account. When I try to log on, it takes about three minutes to load the page and then it gives me an error message that says: Gateway Timeout. I've tried logging for the past few weeks and it hasn't let me log on yet. Is there anything I can do?

The access key is on your tivo: Messages and Settings -> System Information -> Media Access Key.

FWIW, I just logged in to tivo.com with no problems.

well on my TiVo it says Media Access Key temporarily unavailable and i spoke to a person from support and he said I had to log on to my account to get the key
