TiVo Fails to Record 24

I have a Season Pass on my TiVo set for both 24 and The Apprentice. 24 is set at priority 1 and Apprentice is set at #4. For all of this year, my TiVo has recorded 24 instead of The Apprentice when there is a conflict between the two. Last night, however, I was shocked to find that my TiVo recorded the Apprentice and did not record 24. When I go to Recording History, it shows 24 as Not Recorded and says that there was a conflict with The Apprentice. The schedule shows 24 began at 9 p.m. last night and The Apprentice started at 9:01 p.m.

My TiVo is a Series 2 with the latest software. I have an antenna hook-up (no cable)

I do not understand why this happened. Any ideas?

Also, does anyone know where I can get last night's 24 episode?
