My series 2 Tivo suddenly doesn't recognize that I'm paying its bills and thinks it's under the basic service (some programs were not recorded and the 'view recording history' says to go to the website and upgrade the service).
I phoned tivo but they weren't much help. They said the status code C: 050606 seemed ok, and mentioned that if a tivo had been hacked or had the HD replaced, that could explain it. Bloody cheek eh? I'm half a mind now to cancel both tivo services and go with the DVR from COMCAST.
Anyone else experienced this lately?
