HR10-250 Problem

My system test show that one of my satellites fails the test. If you go into satellite strenght all 3 are their on both inputs. Channel 95 says that it cant aquire satellite 1. Should I reboot the system. I have already check all connections. Should I reverse the inputs? Any help is appreciated

My sytem test fails constantly but I have good signals on both inputs on all 3 satellites. I even reaquired the satellites and it was fine. I have rebooted also. It just affects the 110 satellite, trans.#8 channels.
