View Full Version : TiVo SkyDig/Radio:"Could not find your lineup!"

Set-up two TiVos about a month ago with the Sky Digital/Sky Radio solution described on the forum/tivoportal.co.uk at the start of last month and they seem to have gone a bit peculiar.

On Thursday (6th) one of the TiVo's got a pre-TiVo Central message "Could not find your line up!" and the other one has received the same pre-TiVo Central message on the 7th and 8th.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the Sky Radio change and if anyone else has seen this behavior and whether it will cause any problems? The outward postcode if that's helpful is "BR8".

Grateful for anything anyone can suggest.. :)

I've been getting this every day for the last two weeks or so, kept forgetting to post it here but your post has reminded me!

Everything is still recording okay and I redid guided setup about a week ago to try and fix it, but it hasn't altered anything.

I've had the same pre-TiVo Central message again since my Daily Call today, lots of views, but few replies, any idea anyone?

It so please confirm the line-up you are using and the postcode prefix - ie: BR1

All my sky radio channels were removed from Tivo's channels a few weeks ago - a very long message listing all the channels was received.

Is this just me ? Why did they get dropped ?

Thanks, but it looks far too fiddly and awkward, especially having two 101's which the Wife'll moan about no end.

Just to conclude this from my end.

At the suggestion of TiVo US and Ozsat I redid guided setup to aerial only, then again back to sky+radio.

This was about a week ago and the message has not reappeared. I can only assume something got messed up in my previous lineup profile.
