When you Transfer a TiVo to someone else, will the TiVo still show in the overview?

The "DVR oooo" was transferred from his to mine, and DVR xxxx was from mine to his

When I go into DVR Preferences I only see the two I have, the same goes with his Account

The media key has not changed on the DVR oooo either which I now own, it should match my other TiVo right?

I thought I PM 'ed TiVoOpsMgr on this Matter. However it was a E-mail Sorry If I noticed that I would of waited.

I sold one of my three tivos last year. When I go to manage my account I still see all three listed. But if I click on Name your DVRs (upper right), it only shows the two I still have. Also, Tivo Central Online correctly lists just my two Tivos.

Edit: I see now that DVR Preferences is the same screen as "Name your DVRs" link. So, I guess you and I are seeing the same behavior.

Because Billing History needs to be avalaible for every service order you placed, what you're describing is the intended behavior. You will always see all units on the Overview even if you are not the current user of that unit.

But, as you see, other functions (such as naming, TiVo Central Online) are not available if you are only the Sold-To party for an order.
