When the NFL Network starts showing games in November, will these be in HD? The network itself is not (Channel 212), but perhaps they will show HD games on another station?

I think the better question is with the NFLST still try and charge us EXTRA for the HD games.

I pretty sure they still intend to offer the "Superfan" add-on but whether the HD games will be part of that or the base package, we'll have to wait and see.

Do you live in South Florida? If the Fins are on NFL Network, I think they are required to show the same on a local station. Whether or not it's HD depends on the station, I think.

I'd say you can count on it. The network is HD ready and I'm guessing they'll throw the switch this fall. Of course, it will require cable and satellite operators to activate another channel in their lineup.
Time will tell.

The other possibility is that they will show the NFL network games in HD on channel 95, like they currently do with the game of the week.

I have seen it in the schedule before, but I have never actually watched it.

Are not the subject games to be played on Thursday and Saturday nights? If so, DirecTV could utilize one of the Sunday Ticket HD channels.
There is speculation that all NFLST games will be broadcast in HD. If that is the case I think it will be hard for them to charge an extra $50 for it but Rupert may try anyway.....
