Where did my Folders Go?

Hopefully somebody can help me. I have an R10 unit and my folders disappeared. All of my shows are still there they just aren't in folders anymore. Can anyone tell me how to get the folders back?

Hit the #1 or the #2 button when you are in your Now Playing List

Or hit the Enter Key (see the message at the bottom of the screen) to enter the menu where you can set the options.
